“With the new day comes strength and new thoughts.”

Sheri:  There’s nothing quite like a sunrise walk on the beach to start the day! I am not sure why, but I have always been drawn to the ocean, and being able to start the day walking on the beach is like a nature hug. I remember this beach walk – great way to start the day!

Bill:  As a younger man, when I wasn’t working, my life was centered around sports – tennis, running, working out, etc.--and it only took a couple hours to recoup, and regain strength for my next endeavor. Not so much now. I need and appreciate a full night’s rest in order to regain physical strength, and a quiet hour in the morning to reflect and regroup is a bonus.

Sheri: Well, you definitely don’t have a problem with the  ‘‘new thoughts” part, Bill!   “What ifs,” “why nots” and “I wonder ifs” are all mainstays of your conversations.  Time has not changed a thing—your curiosity and interest in life prevails!

Bill:  I really like this picture a lot, but I wish Sheri was in it too.

Sheri:   I am in the picture Bill—I’m just walking a little bit behind you to capture the story, but I’m still there. I will always be walking with you.
