Lyrics - Favorite Memory
August summer days, hangin’ with my friends, at my favorite swimmin’ hole.
Morning sun filled the sky, dew was dripping off the grass, no better place to go!
Nothin’ really special…just ordinary days,
But these memories always take a happy hold on me, put a smile on my face.

Everybody needs a favorite memory…special place they like to go,
Moments come alive, filled with friends and dreams, like my favorite swimmin’ hole!

I remember being there with Frankie and Bo, their story comes to mind.
Playin’ in the sun and jumpin’ off the bridge, a little history left behind.
Every time I pass that bridge, on the weathered side I see
The words “Frankie and Bo” they wrote that day, smilin’ back at me!

Everybody needs a favorite memory…special place they like to go,
Moments come alive, filled with friends and dreams, like my favorite swimmin’ hole!

Today I got the feelin’ that I'd love to go to my favorite swimmin’ hole.
Think I’ll settle back, let my memories take a ride…to that special place I know.
Everybody needs a favorite memory!
A special place to go!
Moments come alive, filled with friends and dreams,
Like my favorite swimming’ hole!

Moments come alive, filled with friends and dreams,
Like my favorite swimming’ hole!
